I upgrade to v4.1.16. It still got frozen runing on iPhone 7 pluse with iOS 11.1.
It's no help to re-install DJI GO 4.

Thomas I read your other thread you commented on, however I cannot comment on there for some reason.  The video you provided is an EXACT replica of my issues down to the last detal.  It will not connect, and when it does it drops the app mid flight and I can only see video feed and NOT take pics or videos. Most of the time I connect, get the short BEEP, then I can only move the gimbal camera up and down and no features work on the stripped down dji 4 Go app that is open. Have you gotten resolution yet?

The problem is that the Apple iOS 11.1 is NOT compatible with the DJI GO4 app!! We simply cannot fly right now using the GO4 app.

It's working fine for some of us, in fact it appeared to fix problems I was having with 11.0.2 and 3 on my iPhone 7. Does look like 7 Plus users and those with brand new iPhone models 8 and X are having issues, though.

Have you tried syncing your flight records and then completely removing Go 4 and reintalling?

I just picked up Mavic 2 days ago and updated it to the newest firmware.
When I plug in controller to phone DJI app locks up
The app works just fine on my iPad Air running iOS 11.1

Look what a DJI support guy just answer me back: “I can tell you that v11.2 will fix the Go4 issues on your Mavic.  v11.1 is not yet supported by us.  Nor is v11.2.  However, we have iOS beta users that have told us it works.”

With which phone model are you having problems?

I'm flying 100% perfect with 11.1 and .16 Go4 on an iPhone 7... for every one issue, I bet there is a thousand people with no issues!

I am very disappointed with dji. I update my ios 11.1 on my iPhone 7+ and I never more fly with my mavic. Congratulations dji for incompetence

- Iphone 6s Plus with iOS 11.2 beta
- app v4.1.16
- and latest firmware in RC and Mavic.

Can't fly with the Mavic. First the app freezes and then it crash.

If DJI doesn't start seriously addressing these issues, I hope that Apple pulls their products out of the Apple Stores.
