I exported a few test clips from DJI Go (Build 3.1.22) (DJI Osmo mobile) from my iPhone 6s. I have set record FPS to 25 (4Kand playback FPS to 25 but the clips come out as 13 FPS. Any ideas? Andy

Did you export it from HG300 Storage folder?
Do all the clips show 13FPS? Does the issue happen before? Could you please upload several clips to Dropbox or Google Driver and post the link here for further analysis?
Besides, what is the current firmware version?

This Clip is actually not 30fps 4K as I set. I actually never reached 30fps, even tough I reserver processing power by shutting other apps off, and minimizing background activity. I exported to regular photo app.

In my previous post I said 25fps, I meant actually 30fps.
