I have Version 1.3.20 and at the end theirs a + plus sign..whats that mean  ?....Right now ever things working fine and  my App version is 3.1.22  Thanks all who answer my question here.

My understanding is that a FW version that includes a plus means that the FW version without the plus had some sort of fatal error.  And so DJI fixed the error and named it the same since it wasn't an actual FW update - but included the plus so that one would know the fatal error was fixed.

I wouldn't bet the house on it, but that's my understanding.  

Yes, with + it means you have the most current update.

Generally, the ＋/－means that some modules have higher or lower version than the server required. Do not worry, it will not affect the normal flight.
