Hi guys.

I'm having a new phantom 4 pro introducing error 0x020103 during upgrade.
I heard there is a .bin file to solve this problem but I could not find it.

Can someone help me?

Hi, Josjr, I had shared the link to the .bin file via PM. Please follow steps below.
1. Power on the drone, ensure it is not upgrading yet;
2. Copy the file to the SD card, insert it into the drone;
3. Pay attention to the camera indicator, it will change from red/green light to solid green, the whole process might take 1 minute;
4. Once it finishes, update to the latest firmware.

Hi, got your PM, please copy the file to the root of the SD card, it would be better to just leave the bin file in it.

I have the same error with my P4Pro and cannot proceed with updates and now it won’t connect to the controller at all.  Have tried using DJI assistant but keep getting the 20103 error. Can I please have the link to this file also?

Sorry for the late reply, Hatem. The error message that you got is not the same case as the OP.
Please try to update the firmware again by the DJI Assistant 2, you can wait for the DJI Assistant 2 prompts you to update after connecting. If the error persists, please kindly click the "Upload Error Log" and provide me with your DJI account, I'll try to double check your case with the engineers.

I'm running into a similar problem with a brand new Phantom 4 Advanced. The DJI Go 4 app says: "Battery signal error. Please check the battery connection.". The battery level shows an overall voltage, but 0% battery life and no serial number or firmware version or anything. When I try to refresh the firmware from DJI Assistant 2, I get the error code: 0x020b03 alongside a battery error. I have tried the following:

-Discharged the battery completely and recharged to 100%
-Restarted the DJI Assistant 2 app, the drone, and the DJI Go 4 app
-Uninstall and reinstall DJI Assistant 2
-Factory reset using DJI Assistant 2
-Firmly push the drone battery into the drone as it is powering up
-Tried with and without a micro-sd card
-Tried powering up with the drone connected to the DJI Go 4 app with the OTG cable
-Tried firmware refresh from DJI Assistant 2 app from a Mac computer
-Tried firmware refresh with another microUSB cable

Any Ideas?

Please, please can you help with the same fault as I cannot even get DJI assistant 2 to re flash the original firmware. It comes up with the same error code as mentioned here. I am getting error code 0x020b03 after trying to refresh P4P firmware to 1.05.0600 and now drone is beeping constantly.  DJI Assistant 2 gets to exactly 29% every time then fails, saying "Battery update error.  Please disconnect and re-insert the battery.  Aircraft will try repairing automatically.".  Please help!  Would love to try this .bin file/SD card method ASAP   Thank you!

Hi there, sorry for the late response. You could try as follows, and hope it could help.
1. Restart the device and try to upgrade again.
2. If DJI GO 4 is used to upgrade, please try again by using DJI Assistant 2.
3. If the upgrade still fails, let him wait in the upgrade interface and try to fix the issue with a consistent upgrade.
If the upgrade fails again, use DJI Assistant 2 to upgrade and check the error code. If the error code shown in the following picture is displayed, it is camera upgrade failure.
