Hi sir, sorry for your difficulties, could you please try to reinstall the latest app and try again. If it doesn't help, could you please provide me with a short video of this case as well as the version of your operating system. Thank you so much.
I've uninstalled the app, deleted all the apps, booted the device, and reinstalled the app several times, and the problem continues on Samsung S7, S5 and J5. The video has already been posted, see above.
The solution I found was not to use the video file stored on the device and I stopped using the DJI editor.
