There was a post from him defending customer support at DJI .I can no longer find that post ??? I was going to reply this morning but wanted to think about what he said and what other people posted . Support has been very bad and I have posted about my frustrations .The emails I have got back are in broken English and have made no sense .How can Itake a video of my I1 not recording ????It is a light that goes on and off . Half the time they never get back to you .I spent over 90 minutes on hold trying to get help, no luck .I tried to buy the P3 online no luck . It seems there is always 16 people ahead of me whenI call .I could go on but they have a huge problem supporting us .They should not release a product if they can not support it . I have retail stores and a Winery. I have to provide support and I do .Someone is always available and we call back within an hour at the latest . Love the DJI product but hate the support,if only they could get it right .Then it would be one amazing Company. I would be the first to buy in on a IPO.

I cannot for one defend DJI, I have had my frustrations and waiting times like many here, BUT when I finally got my PT2+ back from service it worked perfectly.  As for TahoeEd.  I'm not sure what you are referring to as defending DJI, but yes they have hugh growing pains.  As for his responses?  I can only say that for me he has been very, very helpful and honest and as straight forward as he can be considering that DJI is his employer and I am SURE he is inundated with bitches all day long. Cut him some slack.  He is this sites best advocate and I for one think he's doing the best he can to sort out the myriad issues with these products!

I can no longer find the link .People where comparing support with Amazon and the likes and saying how bad DJI was . I do not feel you can compare like that but you must be able to support your product .Not sure I should have done this post but it has been bothering me all day.

This is what he posted . I still feel that they should not release products that they can not support .It is like closing  the barn door after the horse has bolted . The topic is on P3 board.

'Being part of Customer Service, I will object.  While we are not perfect, we work very hard at making our customers satisfied.  Do we always succeed, no but neither do other retailers on line.  We are a major supplier of RTF and DIY drones in the US.  We do the best we can given that we have only established offices and services in the US a little over a year ago when we opened the LA Service and Support Center.  Our team of support specialists answer so many calls on a daily basis I cannot tell you.  I get involved in the more technical questions on our pro line products.  We try, that is all I can say.  You can bash us that we do not try hard enough, but do you work 10 hours per day?  We cannot ask more of our team and we are hiring almost daily but training takes time. '

I really think that if Tahoe Ed.. was a honest guy.. He reply was more of a way to make sure he keeps his job and follow company guidelines, rather than him telling the truth or how he really feels about DJI Tech Support. There is no secret DJI Tech support is as bad as a drone that don't fly anymore... I like Tahoe Ed and i honestly think he means good BUT DJI Tech Support needs Major IMPROVEMENTS and PRONTO.
