There was a post from him defending customer support at DJI .I can no longer find that post ??? I was going to reply this morning but wanted to think about what he said and what other people posted . Support has been very bad and I have posted about my frustrations .The emails I have got back are in broken English and have made no sense .How can Itake a video of my I1 not recording ????It is a light that goes on and off . Half the time they never get back to you .I spent over 90 minutes on hold trying to get help, no luck .I tried to buy the P3 online no luck . It seems there is always 16 people ahead of me whenI call .I could go on but they have a huge problem supporting us .They should not release a product if they can not support it . I have retail stores and a Winery. I have to provide support and I do .Someone is always available and we call back within an hour at the latest . Love the DJI product but hate the support,if only they could get it right .Then it would be one amazing Company. I would be the first to buy in on a IPO.
