Montfrooij that effect is called 'jello effect', and You can see it watching movie, not on stopped frame.
Can someone help me how to solve this issue? It happened when I received drone from repair service from netherland (gimball problem).

It is not jello effect, jello occurs all the time, even while the aircraft is stationary, and is the result of vibration of the camera.
What is showing in your shots is most likely a defect in the lens, an optical distortion. Do you have any form of filter on the camera?
