I just updated firmware for phantom 3 advanced and it says rc signal lost help please!?!?

hi susan, i have phantom 3 pro that esc errors too, my phantom previously been fine. Can you help me, what should I do? is it upgrading fimeware?

I have the same problem. I have a Phantom 3 Advance. Previously flown well now ESC error. How can I fix this?

ESC error after a few flights. No crash at all. Phantom 3 advance has v1.11.20 now. I need help.

Hi there, sorry for the late response as I just read your message. Just to verify, what's the current firmware of the aircraft and controller? Make sure they are matched, then link RC to see whether it helps. Also, you may adjust the antennas during the flight to make sure the best communication between the aircraft and controller.

Sorry but where is my PM?

I upgraded my P3A drone to 1.11.30 ... well the txt file on the SD card said it was a success yet the DJI Go app still shows the firmware as 1.11.2+ and I still have the ESC error.  What can I try next?

Thanks for getting back to us. You may try to format the SD card and upgrade again to see whether it helps. If the issue persists, I'm afraid that this cannot be figured out remotely, you may consider sending the unit in for diagnosis.

It did work for a while and tried to change the battery and would not work back to the esc error so I charged the battery it would work with and still no luck. It’s amazing how this just happened out of no where to who knows exactly how many people with the same issue.

I just figured I’d let you know that I ended up installing a new main board and now everything is perfect and I’m flying again
