Hi, for the gimbal shaking issue, please check if the gimbal anti-drop hooks are mounted properly, and make sure that you have updated the drone to the latest firmware. If the issue persists, please contact support@dji.com and send it for repair.
And for the camera issue, please try to reset the camera settings, check if the lens is clean.
