Hey! I've been to Irasburg! All the way from Alabama! Back in June of 2011, I was there with a group of men from my church, we built a new building for River of Life ministries. Of course I didn't have a drone back then, but one of the men in the Irasburg church was a pilot and he took me up in his plane and I shot photos of the job site.

great to have that record of past & current. Good stuff.

Wow, that is amazing! This is so close to me. Great photos, and thanks for sharing them. I have ridden my horse through the property and around the pond before with my friends. Of course we know the Lawsons that own the land.

How about that? I've been on 15 construction mission trips with this group but this was my favorite! I loved the country up there, and it was nice to get away from the heat and humidity of an Alabama summer for a few days. BTW, we took 3 days to make the drive one way.

Funny, our first day working was cloudy and very cool. (Nothing like June back home) We did not bring warm clothes so after work, we all headed into town to the "Pick and Shovel" and bought sweatshirts and jackets.

No, but a similar group within my church. "Men On Mission" of First Baptist Church Trussville. The group has been doing construction mission trips for 35 years, I've been on the last 15.

That is awesome Ron! Pick and Shovel, if they don't have it, you don't need it. They have been creating some really funny commercials lately. Bet you could use Google to check them out.
