Had a mishap in October with my Inspire 2, used the care refresh and received my replacement exactly one week from the day I sent it out (I'm in Southern California). Everything works fine so far but the replacement craft came without the two rubber covers for the battery ports on the craft or the cover for the SSD slot. Not sure why this happened but it would be nice if they would send them to me. Overall the replacement turnaround was fast.

Did you also send in the rubber covers and the cover for the SSD slot with the drone?
