Just updated my 2017 Ipad to Go 4 4.1.17.   Latest firmware on RC and Aircraft.  Last IOS v.10.

All worked well.   Not willing to go to IOS 11 yet.   

My editing Ipad is running 11.0.3.   Will update to latest tonight, 11.1.1.  This Ipad does not control the Phantom 4A.

So, I use the OTG cable between the CS and IPad Air 2.   Apparently this is supported on this version.  But now I read where 4.1.18 does not support that function anymore.   Is that true?Also, what is up with the test questions before you can fly on 4.1.18?  Please explain.

Presently running 4.1.17, IOS 10.3.3, Latest FW on Phantom 4 Advanced

Sorry, I'm a little confused, do you mean to connect the CrystalSky and iPad Air 2 with OTG, right? Or I misunderstand something?

As far as I know, the RC of P4A and mobile device connected via USB cable, instead of OTG. It is a feature of the aircraft, and I don't think it will be changed. No worries.
