Even the best paper checklists are not useful when you are out getting ready to launch.  The free smartphone  Kittyhawk app has a checklist feature.  It enables you to check off items quickly, adds date, time, and location, and keeps a record.   You can start with one of their samples and modify it to add whatever you want.

You will find that all manned pilots use paper checklists and also written logs of all flights these cannot be changed and no one has come up with anything to replace them.

But I’m sure the app is a good start for SUA pilots.

I found the dji pre flight checklist app works nicely for me.
You can select preflight, takeoff and post flight checklists also has multiple language support

@drone flyer 955 I need your experience. We are leaving in a few days flying from Oregon to Cancun. Flying Alaska airlines. What all do we need to do to check-in, get on an app, or do a survey before we leave? I know we have to get tested down there before we fly back into the US. Thanks!
