Shot with a Phantom 4 Pro a long time ago on July 2017 I think.
Some parameters: ISO 100, f/4,0 and 2 seconds exposure time.

The Bridge is called Liede Bridge: 猎德大桥 on the Pearl River: 珠江

I like long exposure shots.
With 2 seconds, the drone is quite stable.
If longer, it has to be windless conditions, otherwise, picture will be blurry.

To summarize: 2 seconds: ok, no issue, even with some managable wind.
4 seconds or more: much more complicated.

Now, comparing P4P to P3, the increase pf the size of the CCD makes night photography much more interesting: you can shoot at lower ISO and therefore less noise and better quality.
