Hi.
I live in Brazil and am not sure if the no-flying database are well defined here...
Have not tested start flying close to an airport, but we have faced an incident a few days ago where someone flew what appeared to be a Mavic Pro for almost 30 minutos over an airport in Sao Paulo...

I also flew my drone about 1 km far from a military airbase, without any altitude or take off restrictions by dji software...

Is it possible adding no-flying zones or asking DJI to include all google maps airport locations?
How could we help updating this No-Flying Zone?

I think first you should be aware of what the rules for Brazil are as regards airports and military base. This is not a dji babysitting service.

Thanks, but this does not answer my question about helping improve that zones...

About your words, I know the rules, but that person who flew over the airport does not. In fact, it is not only about rules, but the individual responsability for not turning a toy in a weapon...

I understand the No-Flying zones as a great tool to avoid bad using/users, and should the overspread every place where could bring risk.

There are aeronautical maps for every country you can get these from your national aviation body, this will have all airport military NFZ on the map, if you then refer to the rules you already have you will have a much more correct map and one that applies to you in Brazil , I don’t know if dji have done NFZ for Brazil but many of the ones they have done around the world have not been fully correct.

I’m from Brazil too, from São Paulo. My Go4 app shows the Congonhas area as a nofly zone. So I believe probably the person was using a hacked app

I would not recommend you fly near the airport as it is dangerous. In addition, you can check the info of NFZ and relevant regulation in our website. Here is the link:

I agree with you. And the person might break the law and we will recommend users communicate with the local authority and get certification. Then they can contact flysafe@dji.com to unlock NFZ.

You called me rude and insulting and then you make an unprovoked rude and insulting comment yourself and prove what I was saying on the other thread.
Well done.

Ok, but just to explain... I do not want to unlock a NFZ.

I want to ADD a location as a NFZ to help avoiding other incidents.
I know at least five locations wich should be locked as NFZ.

I’m not trolling and I did read the thread because that’s why I was on here.
The DJI geo safe to fly zone isn’t showing an Airport that the Safe to Fly App I use is so I was searching the forums for information why, but you can believe what you want I really don’t care.
How about instead of responding to post with pathetic little digs at them you be civil and aswer the question with constructive help.

I use an App called Safe to Fly as it shows every registered Airport including little private ones, but I have the same problem as you, the DJI App doesn’t list these smaller Airports or even some of the big ones, for now try searching your App Store for an App that will show the no fly zone, usually a coloured circle that you shouldn’t enter.

You should have posted this first instead of wasting your time attacking me, it kinda shows your first reaction was not to help OP but to troll me.

I want to ADD a location as a NFZ to help avoiding other incidents.

In this case, I would recommend you send emails and communicate with our designated department. Here is the link: flysafe@dji.com. If you do not get reply, please contact us for help.
