Yesterday I was prompted to update the firmware in my app, after updating my Osmo+ isn't working. Everything was working fine beforehand and I haven't changed anything other than doing the update. How can I fix this as soon as possible? I need to use it for a 4 day trip starting tomorrow (the reason I just bought the Osmo+).
Right now, it has the green light on and a yellow light on the battery side. The battery is fully charged, I just checked, and have also swapped out other batteries that are also fully charged.
Currently, it's failing to show up in my Wi-Fi list on my iPhone. It's been beeping on and off. When it beeps the green light turns off and then on, When I initially powered it on after the update yesterday, it did show up in the wi-fi list but never connected in the app. The app said it was locked (it wasn't) and to rotate it around.
It also won't power off. I've taken the battery out to power it off and also to check the charge of the battery.
Any help would be extremely appreciated!
