[size=14.6667px]I ran into a problem with my INSPIRE 1 : after upgrading the firmware I do not have any live video feed on my ipad anymore. I am able to fly it though and it also takes photos and videos, I just do not have the live feed.

[size=14.6667px]I did some research and found a few posts here and there describing the same issue, but never really with a solution.

[size=14.6667px]Can anyone help me ?

i had this happen, had to send it in to DJI for repair. which ran around $275 i have a thread on it

Did you update the firmware successfully? Here are some suggestions regarding this issue, please have a try at your most convenience.
1. Please reset camera setting in DJI Go APP.
2. Please try another cable and mobile device to make sure your mobile device is working great.
3. Please un-plug SD card to see if the live feed will recover.
4. Please clean the connector to make sure they are not bent or dirty or oxidized. contact.png
5. Please re-plug the gimbal cable to make sure they are tight enough and not broken.

How do I reset the camera settings in DJI Go APP ?

My app version is 3.1.22
Remote Controller version 1.7.80
Camera version 1.10.01.40

OK, so my problem is not fixed yet :

I tried all your suggestions,

1. I reset the camera setting in the DJI Go APP.
2. I tried another cable between remote controller and iPhone/iPad
3. I unplugged the SD card, put it back in and tried it without the SD card plugged in.
4. I cleaned the connectors and made sure they have a good connection.
5. I check the gimbal cable and made sure they are both connected and not broken.

Is there anything else I can try ?

in the TXT file on the sd card after the update line 1500 and 0800 do they say "DEVICE NOT DETECTED" if so you have the same problem i had and needed to send it in for repair
