Installed DJI GO on a new device. Upon start up it asks for your account information ie. email or phone # which I place the same email address I've used all along with a double confirmed password.
It is not accepted and tells me invalid.
Any ideas what to try so I can get logged into my new device and fly??
Please try to log in to the official website first, click here, see if you can log in successfully, if it still says invalid, please try to register again. See if it helps.
The email account you use and your log in email used the passwords are not syn'd. Did a password reset through DJI GO app and it logged me in.
You would think it would already be syn'd with your email if that's what you used previously but nnnnoooo just do a password reset and make it the same as you had before.
