I'm using the latest DJI Go 4 app, iOS 11.1.1 on my iPad Pro 10.5". My Mavic Pro is fully up to date with the latest firmware. In fact, the only thing that's changed recently, was the update to the latest DGI Go appna week or so ago.
I don't use the QuickShots feature very often, but tried some Dronie shots this afternoon. When I went to review the auto-created shots, the thumbnails are correct, but the videos on the iPad are black video, but each has a music track... Basically, there's no Dronie shot!

If I tell the DJI Go 4 Editor to download the processed video to the iPad, it correctly processes the video, but randomly changes the music from that on the preview! This happened for each of the three Dronie videos I shot today.


If I force close the DJI Go 4 app, and restart it, multiple times, the Dronie shots will sometimes appear normally.

Anyone else having this problem?

I have the same problem. Dji go 4 latest version, current version of iOS , iPhone 7 Plus but use a spark. Closing and re entering app seems to renew the video image and works that single video. If you try a new video same problem

Mabe DJI Thor can look into this bug?

I am having the same problems with black videos in the editor taken with Quick shot ( Rocket ) using IOS 11.1.2, DJI GO 4 v4.1.18 and Mavic Pro

I have same problem, with previous version of DJI GO app and also with latest version 4.1.18. The phone is iPhone 7 with iOS 11.1.1. New feature = no feature....

I have a different problem: After updating to 4.18.1, I noticed Quick Shot is only 'intermittently' available in the intelligent flight menu for shooting

Has anyone ever seen this feature working??? Tested on iPhone 5s (latest IOS, DJI Go app, firmware...). Preview works fine but rendered video is total crap. Had to use screen capture tool to get at least some result to show. Tested on Android. Not even preview worked: Samsung S4: app crashed systematically. Sony Xperia Z3 tablet compact: video not playable. It must be some fake feature built in by some drunken developer?

Works perfectly on my iPhone 7+ and Mavic Platinum
