I'm trying to purchase Care Refresh for my new Spark (purchased through the DJI Styore site) before I activate it.  When I go to the DJI Store and enter my serial number after selecting "Buy", I get:
Aircraft S/N You've purchased DJI Care for this aircraft before.
Gimbal S/N You've purchased DJI Care for this aircraft before.

Did I somehow purchase Care Refresh when I odered the Flymore package? I didn't remember doing that and it doesn't show up in my purchase history.

Please note that if you activated your drone over 48 hours and you want to buy DJI Care Refresh, you should log in https://repair.dji.com/en/djiCare/CustomerUpLoad and follow the instruction in the website and provide the aircraft verification video.

I hadn't activated the Spark yet when I tried to purchase Care Refresh.  I'm in the process of activating it now so will try to follow your instructions and see if it works.
