last few days i have problem with dji go app 3.1.22. App is crashing after a few sec. sometimes after 5 minutes. Ive tride airplane mode, rotation of display, clear cache, disable cache, reinstall app, reinstall firmware of aircraft (1.9.2), reinstall phone firmware, but the problem did not disappear. I have xiaomi redmi note 4 global... before everything was ok. pls help

Try on another device and see if its does the same normally i use litchi to fly and only go app to calibrate imu sometimes still on a old version and firmware 1.7.9 and i get over 1km range

ok, i will try, i have CE version, so the range is about 500 m max :/

native crash log pls help, where is problem

mine is altso a ce version but i have used icarus phone app to change the dbm from 20 to 27 dbm both on rc and ac.and thats why i get good range

I also made upgrage with magicpower v5.3 (to 27 dBm) maybe this is the problem for dji go app? or it has nothing to do with that?

hmm dont know have newer used magic power.hope you find out whats wrong.maybe you should buy litchi and try that

Mine crashes while downloading pics to my iPad mini 3, and the pics never download.

If the weather is dry then i´ll make a test with that version. I think it´s not a WIFI or other signal problem. May be the Go app and the OS,s are not so compatible as we wish.

I'm sorry to tell you that the Redmi Note 4 has not been tested and the stability maybe not well. Please try to change another recommended mobile device to verify.

I know that redmi note 4 is not official supported, but from may, when i bought dji phantom 3s, i didnt have any problem with dji go app. Ok, i will try it on another devices

Updated the app to 3.1.23 on my ACER ICONIA ONE 7 tablet. App ver 3.1.22 ran with no problems. New version crashes when trying to start the program. Tried to install an earlier version, but on start up, it won't run, just gives me a message that I have to update the app. Where can I get ver 3.1.22 of the app? I'm running Android ver 4.4.2.

hi, took my phantom 3 std out today, the go app kept crashing every 30 seconds or so. deleted app reinstalled but no difference just crash after crash. i'm using iphone 7, version 3.1.23 app first time i've used it since update. anyone have any ideas please

i had the same problem and i deleted the app and re downloaded it and it fixed the problem, try it again
