Can this be done hdmi to hdmi  Crystal linked anothet CS monitor?

This is not possible, since CystalSky doesn't support HDMI input.

Have another RC set as slave but without camera control. As you already have 2, if not buy a tablet for second screen(cheaper)

No, Sir, as I said, CystalSky doesn't support HDMI input.
You can just connect to another HDMI Monitor for client via HDMI port. It would be more convenient.
