Then click the bell icon on the right upper corner of CrystalSky, and then tap “USB connected” at the left side and then “TURN ON USB STORAGE” on the screen.

The reason I ask it the black light as failed again on my CS Ultra and I’m trying to get some edited video off it before I return it back to DjI Australia

Where do you find the driver if it doesn't auto install?
Hi there, sorry for my late response because of the holiday, you can try to connect several times to see if the driver cannot be installed automatically, this issue has not happened, if it is, we will need to verify with our engineers if the driver can be installed manually. May I know if you have any problem with CrystalSky?
I have connected the Crystal Sky to my PC. Crystal Sky is NOT recognized. NO driver is automatically installed, and there is NO bell icon in the top left screen of the Crystal Sky.
