Hi there, if your P4 has the ESC error, please try to restart the drone multiple times, or refresh the firmware by DJI Assistant 2, if the error persists, you may need to send the drone for service.
Please fill out the online repair request on our official web and then send it back. Here is the link: https://repair.dji.com/repair/index

I seem to have the same problem with my Phantom 3 Professional. There was a crash when it was last used but i only get the ESC Error

Do you still have the dropbox link with the bin file so I can try upgrading the firmware. Im having the same issuses as Marcus. Happened after a crash.

Is firmware upgrade/downgrade from 1.11.20(p3p) possible when camera is faulty(broken flex cable after crush).

Recently, I bought DJI mini 2. While I connect the Aircraft with the RC, it shows system hardware error. I have restarted the Aircraft several times, but it won't work. What shall I do?

Hi  Diana, I have a DJI mini 2. After crashing a tree , the instrument indicates "ESC connections error " and can not fly. It seems no hardware problem. Can firmware downgrade solve the problem ? Current instrument  SV is 01.02.0300 . Thanks.

Phantom 3 advanced running same firmware.
I have the same issue, esc status error, just got mine out of the box to use and It’s very frustrating. Can I have a copy of that Dropbox bin file ? Thank you kind regards

I own dji air mavic 2 and I'm experiencing esc error that doesn't allow me to fly. The other day I was flying with the drone, everything was ok then after short 3 mins break I wanted to fly with it again and it gave me this error. I downloaded the new firmware and it didn't help. No damage happened and I don't know what to do about it. I downloaded the dji assistant, refreshed the firmware through my pc but it didn't help. I tried to do the same for the controller but there was no refresh button. Can anyone help? We also tried to use different phone and connect it with the drone and still the same issue. Thank you!

Hi. Sorry about the trouble. Please check whether the propellers are mounted properly and whether the motor is functioning. Try to restart the aircraft and use DJI Assistant 2 to refresh the aircraft firmware. Have a nice day.
