hi dji  i am writing to you on this forum as emailing seems to get me absolutely no where.

i have been trying to bring to your attention that the new battery charger that i purchased off you has broken already and i will be requiring a new one as its still under warranty. i have sent emails galore to dji and things have come to a standstill. i have shown all the proof indicating that infact my battery charger is only a couple of months old and my invoice from the dji hasslblad but still nothing has been done about it .

can someone please help what shouild be a simple matter get rewsolved. surely customer service cvabt be this bad. looks that way so far. 6 wekks and still no resolution!!!
