I have just purchased a Phantom 3 SE. I would like to sign-up for DJI Care Refresh. When I try to register I get a message saying that the S/N doesn't exist. I have tried every number on the device and on the box. No luck. Can anyone point me to the location or the format of the correct number?

For Phantom 3 series, the serial number is under the battery slot, please refer to the pic below. Be careful and avoid mistyping.
