Is anyone able to tell me what module 11 and 12 are in the update process?  I keep having these two devices show as "device not detected".  I know this bird crashed and has the shell replaced, so I would like to know if there is a cable I can check before needing someone else to replace a chip.  I'm not able to see anything that states what 11 and 12 are.  Below is a copy of the log from the last update process.

I figured that, I just wanted to know what module 11 and 12 were and if it might be just a loose wire vs needing a new center board.  Is that something you might be able to tell me?

It is hard to tell from the upgrade log. Once the unit arrived, the local team will do damage assessment to check the exact status.

Did you ever get any further information from DJI as to exactly what that was - I see the exact same thing in my update log file.

I did.  This drone (phantom 3 standard) happened to have crashed, which caused the battery connector to break off.  When the connector was glued back on, the 4 pins were not lining up correctly and causing a communication issue with the battery.  After repositioning the connector, the upgrade process worked.
