My rear left LED (looking from top down with battery towards me) is not working. Took the PV2+ part and everything looks fine. I ran an IMU advanced calibration. It flies fine and captures images. I can run the compass calibration as well. So live with it until I need a new ESC?
Hopefully it is just the power to the LEDs that has failed since it's unlikely all 3 LEDs have failed. But having said that if the power to them has failed that doesn't mean that other power failures to other parts of the ESC won't happen or that this failure could not lead to other failures.
A new ESC cost about $18~$21. For that cost considering what the Phantom cost I would replace the ESC now. Because when you do realize you need one the Phantom may be in flight.

Why take the chance? It is the little things we ignore that cause the biggest problems. Preventative maintenance always! Safest way to be in the air.
