I was just trying to use a Matrice 100 aircraft. The drone seams to be left unused for a long time. But no body uses it before. All of the items are packed nicely.  

The problem came when I tried to charge the intelligent battery (TB47D) with charger (A14-100P1A). No LED is on or is blinking. And I also failed powering on the battery-no LED is on either. When I charged the remote controller with the same charger, the controller is charged nicely.

Are there any problem with the battery? Is this happens to anyone else?

If the battery has not been used for a long time, it may be over-discharged.
If it is still in warranty period, please send in for diagnosis and repair, thank you.
