Hi Guys,

Finally got around to updating my spark to the newest firmware as I have been having too much fun flying the mavic. An issue I am having is that I am getting the error message 'No image Transmission Signal'.

In the settings too it is saying 'Gimbal Disconnected',

FYI - I have not had any crashes and always store the spark in its case that came with the spark.

Any thoughts/suggestions would be great.

.definitely the SPARK current version has issues with Wifi disconnection, RC disconnect in mid air and bad video signal within 20 meters ! !

is there any use of a drone without these primary functions ))

I am getting an update fail every time i do it, never had a problem upgrading firmwares before. Thoughts?

No Signal Resolved

My friend switched flat cable from gimbal and No Sign disappeared and the transmission of the image returned to work, this was the solution.

Mine is doing the same, I get about 500 ft and then video transmission cuts off. I used to get 1500 ft or further. What gives?

Sorry for the late response. Can you provide a screenshot of your DJI Assistant when you failed to update your firmware? Any error message from your app? Thanks for your help.

Thanks Elektra. I can only upload the log file to your server and cannot view it. I am using the latest firmware and have always been able to update the firmware via wifi, so have never had the need for DJI assistant.

That said please find the video that shows the error I am getting:


It seems more like a hardware issue not a software one.

Please follow the video and use a USB cable to connect your spark with PC and flash the firmware through DJI Assistant 2.
