Did you run the gimbal calibration in the settings menu?

Sorry for the misunderstanding.
Actually Roll axis is not controllable, when you tilt the device by holding the handle, the gimbal will try to stabilize itself.
You can try to adjust the roll axis in Gimbal Settings--Calibrate Horizon although this function is used to center the gimbal.

it is well calibrated and makes perfect 0(180) horizont. but it is imposible to "play" with horizont like in photoes i ve uploaded or this video https://fex.net/#!781744292782
