Just purchased Osmo Mobile, I'm not able to start recording on my iphone 6 without using the touch screen, ie the red-record button does nothing. It also appears to be dropping the blueTooth connection frequently.

Did you remove the phone case and balance the gimbal before powering on?
Please try to close ''Mobile Phone Detect'' in gimbal settings.
