Can any one PLEASE HELP me.  I have a DJI osmo runing Ver 1.10.2.60, Iphone 6 ios 10.3.3 / Iphone 7 ios 11.1.2 and DJI GO App v3.1.22
I can video OK - but it's when I come to play back on my Iphone 6 or 7 I get this message "connection error, tap to reload files".
I tap the sceen but nothing happens. Can anyone please enlighten me,  what I am doing wrong and point me in the right direction please.

G, have you tried to reset Osmo WIFI ? Maybe the WIFI is not stable. If not, please try to reset with the tutorial video below:
And what is the APP version you are running?
Have you tried other SD card?
