I just got the phantom 4 Pro obsidian , I did all the firewere updates all good,

When I ready to flight  uselly before fly I do the compass calibration with drone dance , but now I can no find that option or we don’t need anymore to calibrete the compass ?

Check compasses status in DJI GO 4 APP and see if it is in green color

I beleive it will prompt u if a calibration is needed mine has never been calibrated even first flight

Mines never been calibrated either.

Check aircraft settings or go to general settings>advanced settings>sensors and tap compass - the option to calibrate is there.

I've do it only once because the interference was ~200-320 and in yellow

Why would you want to calibrate for every flight?
You only ever need to do it if the app asks you to.
Ive only ever done mine once in over 100 flights

Check p57 in the manual to see when you need to calibrate your compass.
Normally you should never have to do any compass calibration - and that incluses a brand new Phantom right out of the box.
