Ok, so im fairly new to Drones and DJI products. Ive done the research and went out and bought a Matrice 600 pro with x5 and just purchased the zenmuse xt. So the drone arrives. I dont like the styrofoam "case" that comes with it. I put it away and order the go professional series case. Finally comes in and i decide its time to check this unit out. I charge everything, download the new version of assistant 2 and DJI GO. Thinking things will go smoothl. Well i just spent the last 4 hours trying to activate it and its a no go. Android phone hooked up to the controller, which connects to the matrice 600 pro fine. Logged in both dji go and assistant two. But when connecting the unit to the pc to try to activate it, nothing shows up. It just shows "how to connect inspire 2 for some reason. I think its just a temolate message but it wont recognize that the matrice 600 pro is connecred to the pc for some reason. Ive read the forums and followed the instructions down to a T. Ive tried older versions of assistant 2 with the exact same results. I will try another laptop tomorrow but if thay doesnt fix it i dont knoe whats the problem.

Tried another laptop and was able to activate but I am not getting video feed on the mobile device. Took the SD card out and into the laptop and it took some really unfocused photos but it didn't show anything when hooked up

I’m having the activation problem now.
It goes through the whole cycle and I agree and accept everything then tells me activation failed, please retry.
Did that for about 2 hours and still nothing.
I’m doing this of a MacBook Pro and it will log on to my account, but then....., see above....
