Hi Everyone,

I am having trouble with still photos. They are always distorted and of poor image quality.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Its hard to judge anything as picture is so compressed.   I use P4 and shoot in Raw and edit later.  This photo is really pixelated.  Like a tiny thumbnail and trying to blow up to see it.  I do photos for clients regularly and prints up to 16x20 for them and the photos look great.  

Is that picture from the mobile or fro the SD card of the Phantoms cam ?

Upload an original file to dropbox and share the link. It is impossible to judge a picture from a 160x140 pixels thumbnail...

Its from the Mobile.

You don´t need to wonder it´s a thumbnail only. If you saw the picture from the SD card then you ´ll see more details. I hope that helps you to judge about the quality.

The quality pictures and video will be on the SD card in your P3, those on your mobile are low res uploads only.

Try either linking to your drone and download the original files or take the memory card out of the drone and view the original images on a computer, tablet or phone.
If the image you sent is the one your complaining about then the above info is correct that you are only viewing a very low quality uploaded thumbnail image you should find much higher quality stored on the micro sd card in the drone.
Depending on your still image settings in the drone will determine the quality of the original image.

Don't forget to "Tap to Focus" every time you start shooting video or taking photos, or set the "AFC" to on position.
