I have a problem with the battery and followed some instructions to "drain" it to around 9 % and fully charge it again.

this does not seem to have solved my problem.

The good thing is that i'm not allowed to take of when this errors occure.

I also think that a battery for 95 Euros should be of better quality so you can load it more then 41 times. I Know that it's a 6 month guarentee but come on 41 times and then it's broken not good.

The second thing here  is that I have a "new" battery where the guarentee is still there and if I compare the numbers i'm afraid that this one will be lost any day now.

Can you help me here DJI, what to do with the new battery? I really would like to have a new one since it seems like it will "die" soon also.

Your cells are way too off. Last resort, try draining it until the Mavic switch off with the props off then let it cool down 5mins and recharge to full (don't leave it fully discharged too long). If that won't fix it, you should send it off for warranty.

It seems that the battery cell is broken, I would recommend you send it in for service if this battery is still in warranty period.

The first one is not i guess, but the second one should be in the period.

But should't a battery last for more then 40 recycles?

Same Issue with mine, Only charged 29 Times, I am sending my battery back to DJI today. I will keep an eye on your post.

That is a good decision, I think it's to bad quality.
29 times is a joke and it seems like it's randomly somehow.

One of my batteries are in mint condition and I have not done anything else with that one.

Hi.

I talked with my local shop where I bought the drone and made a RMA, got them replaced for free.

No issues at all, using the EU regulation about 2 year warranty.

Any progress in your situation?
