many people - and me also- have phones or tablets with Android OS and have problems with the new App like pixelated or lagging Videos from the RC.The forum is full of User with that problem so that they downgrade to 4.1.15 or lower...

I have 3 devices.
1) HTC M8  (Android 6.0)
2) HTC 10   (Android 7.0 I believe)
3) Samsung Galaxy Edge s6  (Android 7.0 I believe)

All three ran the DJI Go 4.0 app fine and was fine running the app to fly the mavic. Lately after the most recent update around Nov 24 area, the screen on my phone has been showing extreme pixelation and in some cases, disconnects. This is the worst on the HTC M8. The HTC10 just has extreme pixelation but it at least still works.

The Samsung Galaxy Edge S7 works okay but still gets pixelation.

I have included screen shot here. I can't remember exactly if this was from my Samsung or HTC 10 now. But the pixelation is present in ALL three devices. It is laggy and pixelated. Basically it is unstable when it is like this.

I've had the exact same issue, I download DJI GO 4.1.15 via apkmirror and so far it seems to have fixed the issue.  I'm using an LG G6.

My huawei media pad works well without any issue but HTC video feed pixelated and battery info all could not show.

Hi, Wind. Firstly, I would like to know if the issue is resolved now. If you are still not able to get it connected, please try to update the iOS via iTunes and test again, or try to reinstall the app, change another connecting cable, note that you need to remove the left short cable first when you plug the cable to the bottom port. See if it helps. Thanks.
