Hi guys,

recently I did a 360 Pano on the spark. However, it seems like the Meta data is not embeded in the picture and most viewer cannot recognise it as a 360 photo. Anyway to embed the Meta into the picture?

Hi, Victorgo. What software did you use? Can you view the original pictures in the SD card? Thanks for your help.

On the App, it can see that it is 360, but on Facebook, and any other apps they cannot recognise it as the Metadata did not contain the require info.

The situation will be forwarded. I would recommend you upload to skypixel and share to another platform to view the 360 pano. Or use the original pictures to edit the pano. Thanks for your feedback.

Victorgo, did you import the original photo(4000*2000) for viewing in your PC?
If the problem still remains, please provide the following info for further analysis: Version of your app, model of your device, firmware of your drone and the original photo.

quickest way is to use theta+. you can down load for ios or android
very easy to use and lots of how to videos on youtube
you get a higher resolution image if you do it in image composite editor (ICE) on a windows pc
again there are how to videos on youtube

Is there any other way to create 360 photos for facebook except using this website 360facebook . I am wondering for an app or something similar.

Thanks for your help. I will try what you have suggested.

Used to work doesn't anymore now they recommend you use other software when the DJI go app used to do it all for us. I find this quite dissapointing and no longer do 360 pano's as I can't really be bothered with the admin!!!
