problems with crystalsky

So we had the crystalsky 5.5 and upgraged to the crystalsky 7.85.  when i turned it on i had to go thru all the setup stuff including picking a wireless network.  i selected it and entered the password and it connected.  When I got to the sign in screen it gives me a network error.  I tried 4 different wireless networks they all connect but i cannot get signed in.  

I then re-tried the old crystalsky, same username and password, same network and got logged right in.

Any help would be appreciated

i got it to connect today.  it appears DJI servers were down yesterday.  all is up and running.  by the way is there a set up guide on how to stream to rtmp?

Mindy, this issue only pertains to logging into the CrystalSky monitor for the first initial setup. The Go App will be the at the factory setting. We realize the apps can be updated once we get passed the initial setup. I'm guessing that DJI's server was down and caused this logging in problem.

Well I just had a lot of issues with my new CrystalSky Ultra.  Within five days the fan kicked on and then the manager went off I looked on the post and they said to take off the battery for a few hours and it would reset itself which he did .  I called DJI and they gave me a reference number because I wanted them to document this so today I went out with my spark and blew everything went well up until my fifth battery and the CRYSTAL sky started to get very hot now there is a permanent burning on the screen and it will not get very bright anymore so I’m going to have to call them tomorrow and turn it in .  I have to say when it worked it worked well but not sure if it’s worth this much money right out of the gate I’ll go all my other DJI equipment has always been wonderful so I’m going to give them a chance to correct this problem .

There are a few photos to show you what it looks like you can see the burning on the right upper side of the screen and it will not get very bright anymore even in the dark

A few more photos of the burning noticed upper right-hand side and I got very hot even after cooling it down a few hours like I did the first time. It still will not work like when I first got it out of the box less than a week and a half later

I noticed that too. Looks like the screen melted the plastic protective sheet. Not surprising after 5 batteries.

Actually it had nothing to do with the screen protector it would not burn it.  Sent it to DJI and they told me that they were replacing it due to a malfunction but I wanted to let everybody know the problem I had within two weeks.  Now they tell me they have to see if the repair center has a replacement . I’m not too sure I like that response

I am now hearing that they stopped production of the Ultra do to so many screens getting really dark
or turning half the screen dark., I still have not used mine yet do to our weather, now I am worried, I also have screen flickering
on the bottom right of the screen , I have no clue on what to warranty is . I have only had it for like a month or so.
I think I maybe have one full hour on the screen from messing around with it.  not even sure if it auto regs to DJI or not.
Today I am going to leave it on for a while to see whats going to  happen. wish me luck. this is a whole lot of money for
these units to be like this.

CrystalSky 5.5 won't log in...I'm abroad on a professional shoot and the freakin crystal sky has decided to log me out (after dozens of flights in the last few days) and now it keeps saying "network error check your network settings"....and I have a client walking away while I'm frantically connecting to about 8 different networks, all seem to be passing data, but the CrystalSky just won't bloody log me in. So I can't fly.
