If it's doing that all the time then check that the gimbal is properly mounted and reseat it if necessary. If it only does it occasionally, then you can likely blame it on gusty wind and/or fast navigational changes, especially in Sports Mode.
Please try the following steps:
1. Check whether the gimbal clamp has been removed, and make sure that the gimbal anti-drop hooks are mounted properly.
2. Check whether the video was recorded at a place where winds were strong, the jello effect may occur in this condition.
3. Check whether the propellers are damaged.
4. Calibrate the IMU and gimbal.
5. Make sure if it happens on both normal mode and Sport mode.
6. Also, decrease the shutter speed can eliminate the jello effect.
