Just curious if anyone is using a Note 8 with their Spark and how it's working out for you.

Road, sorry to tell your that Samsung Note 8 is not in the recommended list. But you can reflect your problems with note 8, we are willing to help. Please note that the devices in the list may have a better performance. Thanks a lot.

I'm using a Samsung Note 8 in my Spark controller to watch the fpv video. I have only had about a weeks worth of flying time so far.  I have yet to use the phone to control the Spark. So far, I have few complaints. The lack/loss of OTG tethering of the smartphone to the controller to avoid connecting them with WiFi sucks. I wish the range was better and I wish the transmission was more clear. Other than that everything has been ok.

I use Note8 and no issues including OTG works fine running 4.1.15 but Wifi was lag and not stable.

the Galaxy S8 is a gorgeous phone that oozes premium craftmenship and will be used by many as a status symbol.

I use the note 8 via WiFi connected to remote with no issues on the latest firmware.

I use Note 8 with Spark via OTG and DJI GO 4.1.15. Works like a charm for me.

I am using note 8 app 4.1.22 and when I connect to rc I have 10m range .but when I connect just phone range is 100m why ???pleas help

I'm using Samsung Note 5 without any problems using the latest firmwares  through WiFi and App 4.1.22          No issues so far and i have the FCC mode !
