Hi all,

Last week I have purchased a DJI Phantom 4 Pro, however I only received half of my order (i.e acccesories) and the other half (the actual drone)  shipment status is `On Hold` - `The shipment has been identified as containing Dangerous Goods and requires special processing`.  Anyone knows how this issue can be solved in the least time possible?

most likely the batteries, due to the the threat of them exploding and causing damage..

Depending on who your carrier is they might have them on hold because of the batteries, normally they have a sticker saying lithuim batteries.

Yes, they have stickers all over the packaging - and this is what triggered the hold. The carrier has to put them in the cargo hold, of course,  so probably is waiting for more li-batteries and make a specialized shipment or use a specialized container...

I just got my P4P back from DJI Repair.  It was sent UPS Overnight Air, but was stopped twice for "further inspection" before being allowed to fly.  I assume it was the battery that came with it that was the reason for the further concern prior to shipping that led to an additional day before its shipping flight.

I already did this but your customer is extremely slow, even though I purchased the DJI Care Refresh were I'm supposed to be given 'VIP phone service'. My ticket number is 853422. It's already been 7 days now from date of payment and my Phantom is sitting on shelf at DHl.

It's  been 2 days since I contacted DJI and nothing moved, no action was taken by DJI till now!

Gianluca, I just tracked the tracking number, the DHL website states that the second piece has been delivered on 1st Dec, have you received it? 1.png
