You guys make great drones and i thought ordering direct would be the best option. I received a shipping email with tracking number and the item has not been picked up by fedex yet.
"Your order, number 0018408892141, has shipped. Check on delivery status using the FEDEX tracking code..." Tracking codes just say TORRANCE, CA US and label created.
The tracking just updated on one of the items, since the batteries are shipping seperate, of course its the tracking number for the lighter package the battery. Hopefully the drone itself ships soon!
Update* All is good tracking numbers just took a while to update. I think fedex is very busy along with DJI also after the black friday and cyber monday sales. I am just very impatient.
i have heard this about "replacements and repairs" can take quite a while, would u guys suggest getting a personal item insurance policy from like state farm?

I have a similar issue where my p4p did arrived but the extra items that comes with the 2017 black Friday sales never came. I sent out an email 2 weeks ago but never got a reply back. order #:0010788338096

I finally got my refund! i assume they were busy, its been either raining or snowing where i live so have a limited flight time. Gonna get a mavic pro or spark to use in my bicycle shop.
