I recently bought a drone from Dji.com as I expected it to be safer than a 3rd party seller. the drone is to be shipped from California to Ontario Canada, but the drone has been stopped at customs 3 times. I've reached out the DJI support and they have given me no information on why its been stopped, although they assure me it will be reshipped promptly. each time they reship it once again its stopped and sent back to them. has anyone else had this problem with dji.com? don't know what to do.
