Received my very shiney and very expensive Phantom 4 Advanced today and the battery is completly DOA. I followed the directions and nothing. I see in the forums that this is a common problem, But I was wondering if anyone had any fixes that I haven't found yet. I tried the normal hok up for the battery, turning on the battery before pluging into the charger, plugging the charger into the battery before plugging into the wall, putting the battery in the fridge for a heat switch. I am out of ideas. It is sitting on the charger now and doing nothing. Any thoughts?

If it's been on charge for 24 hours, and still no LEDs lighting up, its stuffed. Take it back to where you bought it and have it (or the whole kit) swapped. It should be OK out of the box, and life is too short.

The company I bought it from wanted me to return it for an exchange, I did that and then got one with a puffy battery that won't respond or charge. So I did as you suggested and contacted http://www.dji.com/support to start a case and I am waiting on the next step.

I think DJI should stop shipping batteries inside the drone, I get that it shouldn't make a difference but it seems to be anyway.
