i would like to know if anyone have gimbal calibration failed on the latest firmware?

Hi sir, I haven't heard of this. If gimbal calibration failed, please try to restart the drone and calibrate again, see if it helps. Please keep us updated if the problem persists, thank you.

I did a refresh and a test flight the gimbal is gone.. i guess i need to send it in.. but the dji support guys want me to extract my flight data which i couldn't get it even i follow the video instruction

Just to verify, do you mean the gimbal was missing on a flight and you can not recover it? Sorry for this case. For the data exporting, I had replied to your latest post, please check.
