Hi,

We are trying to rig our DJI m600 Pro with a BMCC cam and pair it with the remote start stop shutter.

We have all the cables attached according to the manual(s), but the camera does not give any response to the m600 remote when trying to start recording.

We have already replace the power cable with a new cable because we thought the cable was faulty, but this did not help.

Is there anything we are missing here?

I'm having issues as well . . . usually the forums are awesome for solutions, but I've not rec'd any help on specifics of using 5D MkIV . . . and have asked in a quite a few places.  DJI Tech Support's help (r lack there of) was 'comical'
