You can also try to calibrate the gimbal, see if it helps.

You should also be able to adjust gimbal horizontal alignment  via the dji go app

No, No crash haha but when I cgange the angle of the camera if i turn the drone to each side it's not horizontal at all (I don't no if you understand what I mean )
