Thanks .. believe it or not I’m still learning...changing the shutter speeds helps with low light( slow shutter speed )  . It’s the amount of Time the shutter is open to exspose light into the sensor . When using shutter speed in photography a fast speed will help capture or stop motion ( if you are trying to capture the blades of a fan or something moving fast )

I use Final Cut Pro to upscale the footage
